Melanie patiently lined up cars and warmed them for us while we test drove them. Once we decided, every part of the insurance and registration transfer was taken care of for us. On the day we picked up the car, Melanie connected the cell phone and explained every feature on the car multiple times to ensure we were comfortable before we left the store.
